Marcozo Shipping Updates

Hello everyone!

It’s Mike, founder of Marcozo. I just wanted to give you an update on what’s been going on behind the scenes at the empire. I’m all about being transparent and communicating openly to our customers.

As you know, the last 3 years have been difficult for a lot of people due to all the challenging circumstances happening around the world.

For Marcozo specifically, we’ve seen drastic increases in costs for materials, shipping, and numerous supply chain issues. We’ve been doing our best to navigate and push through these challenges. While the majority of other companies were either cutting costs by reducing the quality of their products, or passing on these cost increases to their customers we: 

  • Kept all our prices the same.
  • Kept offering free shipping worldwide.
  • Increased the quality of our products by making small changes. We would never sacrifice quality in exchange for an extra buck.
  • Absorbed any price increases from our partners so that our customers don’t have to feel the burden of paying more.

These are all things we happily did because at the end of the day we want to do what’s best for our customers.After taking some time to re-evaluate our pricing model and the rapidly changing economic climate, we came to the conclusion that in order to continue building Marcozo into a strong, healthy, and prosperous brand - we need to make some small changes.

Starting November 1st, we’re asking our customers to meet us halfway with our shipping costs. Below are the new shipping updates:

  • Free Shipping Worldwide over $99 USD
  • USA Standard Shipping - $4.95
  • Canada Standard Shipping - $5.95
  • International Standard Shipping - $7.95

I know this isn’t the best news, and believe me, this is the last thing we wanted to do, however, these changes are necessary for us to continue to provide our customers with the best experience and grow the empire.

If this update is the reason you don’t shop with us for the time being, we completely understand and we hope to serve you in the future when things get better because they definitely will!
